What Explee does

A customer types in their website. Agents take it from there: they work out who might need this product and why, dig up those companies and the right people in them, write to them, and keep the thread going until a call shows up on the calendar.

every startup page says AI somewhere now, so numbers instead:

• 7 people full-time, all AI-pilled. 51 Claude Max subscriptions between the 7 of us (long story).
• 100% of the code is written by AI. a chunk of it ships fully autonomously, nobody even looked.
• Agents run the ad buying, the backlog, user interviews, design, A/B tests, support, and hiring. this page was built by one.
• 110 to 120 tasks shipped a week. we counted twice.

• 1Walk into a live backlog of real product problems, mostly retention: how well replies get handled, how well instructions in an email actually get followed, how targeting holds up against reality.
• 2Fix them the way everything gets fixed here: you point a few agents at the problem and go. nobody signs off on it, we don't have anyone for that.
• 3Then it gets wider. reply rate experiments, send copy, whatever looks juiciest. nobody here owns a lane anyway.

Who fits

You run more than one agent at a time and you've built your own setup for it. a harness, skills you wrote yourself, some trick that makes an agent smarter than somebody elses defaults.

We don't care what stack you came from, only how fast you pick up whichever one is in front of you.

We have plenty to teach you about agentic coding, and we expect to learn from you too. that's how it's supposed to work.

What we offer

• $10,000 - $12,000 / month. contract to start, full-time once it's a fit on both sides. start as soon as you can.
• Anywhere works, we lean toward CET hours for overlap.
• No sprints, nobody queues for review. fixes ship the same morning you write them.
• Yani, our in-house AI agent, runs your onboarding. she holds more context on the product and the code than any of us at this point.
