We're Explee. We send 10M+ emails a month and we need an engineer
to take over deliverability.

Explee is an AI SDR: you give it a URL and it does the whole SDR
job itself, down to writing the emails. Getting into the inbox is the
hard part. We burn a ton of money on it and nobody's on it
full-time.

THINGS WE CAN'T EXPLAIN
-----------------------

1. Unwarmed boxes from one vendor keep doing better than boxes
   another vendor warmed for a month.
2. Gmail → Outlook has a lower spam rate than Outlook → Outlook.
3. Warmup does almost nothing for Microsoft. We've thrown a lot
   at that one, no dice yet.

Something breaks or surprises us every week: mailbox wear-out,
30 vs 35 sends a day, weekends, warmup schedules, you get the
idea. You'll have to figure out what to test yourself.

- ~20% of the job is vendors: finding them and negotiating.
  twice already we've caught vendors selling cold mailboxes as
  "warmed". you'll spend $30-40k a week with them
- you code with AI agents daily
